Products purchased through our concierge service can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Procedure

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exclusions

Custom-made, personalized, or perishable products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
