Products purchased through our concierge service can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@skyxbraxis.bond or call +44 1865 242 311. You will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Custom-made, personalized, or perishable products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will provide replacement options or full refunds at no additional cost.
